The 6th Annual Meeting of the Saudi Spine Society (SSS) was held in Jeddah, Arabia, on 18th–20th December 2022. meeting attended by over 500 participants. title “Promoting Excellence Care,” and it hosted Dr. Mahdi Bassi, president meeting, Fahad Abduljabbar, chairman scientific committee.
 preceded five workshops, including Neurolife cervical spine trauma, intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, radiology for nonradiologists, clinical classification age-related low back pain, finally, a hands-on workshop “Enabling technology surgery: Robotic, navigation endoscopy.” main conference enriched participation nine different national international societies.
 Sixty-four speakers shared their experiences through from specialties to emphasize importance multidisciplinary care surgery. In addition, special session dedicated evolution after pandemic.
 A total 66 lectures were delivered addition 16 podium presentations accepted abstracts.
